$1,000 Academic Scholarships

2023 application deadline has been extended to May 13, 2023

In order to support more students the Board has decided to fund early education as a priority begining after the current scholarship period. It is the Boards decision to continue to fund the ISD's STEM/CTE programs that serve thousands of students.

Scholarship Requirements

  • Applicant must be an employee of an NWMIA Manufacturing Member Company or a dependent of an employee.
  • Applicant must be currently enrolled or accepted to an accredited college program.
  • Applicant can be a full or part-time student.
  • Priority is given to manufacturing related course work.

The following information is required on the application.

  1. NWMIA Company Name
  2. Employee or Dependent
  3. College Attending Current GPA
  4. Current Major or Field of Study
  5. Educational History
  6. Explain why you should receive this scholarship (e.g. academic qualifications, financial needs, and educational goals)
